Other Services

Exceeding Standards

We aim to exceed the standards customers demand, and we collaborate with you to achieve the highest quality from our clean room operation. In addition to using customer-approved chemicals and detergents, we use 18 meg ohm deionized water, alcohol, pressure, nitrogen, and ionized air to clean and package your parts.

Parts are produced with improved surface finish quality, inspection time is reduced, and components cleaned and packaged to industry standards.

A clean room is an engineered and controlled environment that filters out contaminants and particulates like dust, and airborne microbes to create the cleanest space possible.

Many products today may be affected by contaminants. The most common industries needing clean rooms or suppliers with clean rooms include medical devices, manufacturers, research centers, pharmaceutical companies, testing labs, electronics and computer manufacturers, aerospace, optics, and lens manufactures, and military and defense.

Your parts are double-bagged, heat-sealed, and labeled if required.

  • Foam
  • Rubber
  • Stainless Steel
  • Silicone
  • Plastic
    • Peek

The water used for processing in the clean room is monitored for Endotoxin and Microbial levels on a quarterly basis.
